Human behaviour cannot be understood in isolation. Brain function, the nervous system, sleep, nutrition, stress physiology, environment, relationships, childhood experiences and significant life events can all interact and influence how we think, feel and respond.
This programme explores these connections through an interdisciplinary, evidence-informed approach, with particular attention to emotional responses, chronic stress, behavioural patterns, neuroplasticity and lifestyle factors.
The programme also considers how early experiences and prolonged stress may shape later patterns of perception, emotional responses and behaviour, without reducing complex psychological experiences to a single cause.
Designed not only for individual learning, this approach can also inform education, youth initiatives, prevention programmes, workshops and community-based projects.
